The clan librarian, Raisa guards hundreds of scrolls and tomes containing the collective knowledge of the clan. This information has been acquired in all manner of ways: some through covert scouting missions by the Skeleton Clique; some through ancient scrolls found on plundering missions; and some delivered by new arrivals to Haven. In this way, her knowledge is vast, and her Psywurm familiar, Kora, is always patrolling the scroll shelves, ready to fetch a scroll or search for a particular scroll (or fix the order, depending on if someone has been in the Library looking for a scroll and completely messed up the system). Her trusty fireflies are ever ready to illuminate the darkest corners of every nook and cranny for any book you could desire, and Ms Potte will be ready and waiting to deliver a delightful cup of tea to curl up with in the Reading Room.

Although she treasures her books and her space, there is one thing Raisa longs for more than anything: her ex, Cinna, back. But Cinna seems to have moved on in her affections, so Raisa makes herself ever more present at the library, often spending her nights nestled in the rafters to sleep amongst the scrolls. After all, they are merely paper. They could never break her heart.

The arrival of Aethers to Haven has made Raisa... considerably nervous. She is more than happy to help them make their home in the cool darkness of the library rafters - she's not so happy to catch them trying to drag some of her more treasured tomes into said rafters for a light snack. So far offering them unwanted old to-do lists and some of the easier-to-accquire paperbacks has them at a friendly if uneasy truce - but she does often find herself wishing they might have made their home in the Workshop, or at least gone to eat their old formulas and worksheets instead. Oh well - they're wonderful conversationalists, and it is nice to have company on some of the darker evenings
