Tico is a curious skydancer, light of flight and foot and willing to take all comments posed to him at face value, especially those spoken by those he respects. While it might sound like Tico ends up as some sort of sarcasm punching bag, or joke vaporizer... which is fair, since he kind of is, the laid back earnestness of his responses and his charming nature make it hard for one to truly hate him or consider his conversation wasted time. Tico does indeed have a sense of humour though, with many a dragon trying to pull a fast one on him, only to find themselves on the receiving end of his wit.
Tico embodies the union of Wind and Light flawlessly, with an intense yearning for truth and freedom, which makes him idealistic almost to the point of treason. When he gets in one of his moods, you may as well find a revolt incited in one of the clans he's visited...
Tico has sworn off any use of his Skydancer empath skills, stating that to use it is a suppression of freedom, consequently meaning that he is effectively functioning with one less sense. Despite this, he still possesses an uncanny ability to make any one he chooses feel uniquely special and a part of something greater then themselves. Oftentimes this leads to said dragon following Tico blindly into whatever cause he's fronting to the point of near destruction, which has never been Tico's intention. In the end, this causes the Skydancer to think lesser of these dragons, and results in either heartbreak or a once in a lifetime farewell. In the end, Tico feels destined to be one defending and shattering resolves for someone far more fragile, far more free, and far more quietly glorious than himself.
(He feels in his feathers a wandering affection from somewhere. The curiosity it causes is delightful)
