Biography

This flirtatious fellow has a knack for getting himself out of trouble. (And into it, as well.) His mantra: It's easier to ask forgiveness than permission.
Tosi has a girlfriend for every day, an excuse for every mixup, and even his enemies can't help being charmed by him.
He's not exactly in the Clan's official "Inner Circle" but he likes to spend time with Clan Leader Razah. No one (not even themselves) is quite sure if they are just playing nice with each other, or if they are sincere in their affections. It makes for an interesting relationship.

Tosi’s acquisition of the Bee gene speaks loads about his relationship with Razah. Many dragons felt he was undeserving of the expensive gift, though it mostly results in quiet grumbles behind his back. Everyone still likes Tosi!
