Pure water spirit, Tosakinto deeply cares about marine flora and fauna. Her love is consuming - usually calm, she may switch to berserk mode if witness her beloved sea being harmed. She guards it with great respect, and often comes to Wingless to discuss latest changes in water chemistry or unusual behavior of jellyfish shoals. The King always listens carefully, since as a Water dragon himself he cares for everything that happens at the Sea of a Thousand Currents. Tosakinto, however, never notices anything other than her entrusted area, and therefore rarely talks to other Elders or non-Water dragons. Someone may call her gloomy, but she is just deeply concentrated on the quire of voices of marine creatures in her head, and takes her duties really seriously.
