Nauxn

"Hello, and welcome to our humble lair!" A flamboyant pearlcatcher greets you heartily. A little shocked by his sudden appearance, you simply nod awkwardly as he babbles on.

"I'm Nauxn, that's spelt N-A-U-X-N by the way. I'm the clan's unofficial party planner, but I regret to inform you that there aren't any celebrations currently ongoing." Nauxn looks slightly deflated, but he soon perks up again.

"But when we do have parties, oh boy are they fun. I mean, they're not as large-scale as the ones they have up in Cloudsong and the Twisting Crescendo, but well, I do try my best. We usually have feasts, games, a hunting session or two, and whatever the others want to do." The pearlcatcher sits back on his haunches and grins at you. You feel like you should say something, but you don't really know what to say, so you just smile back at him.

"You know what's my motto?" Nauxn blinks meaningfully. You shake your head, and Nauxn continues.

"Any reason is a good reason to celebrate. And that's why I'm the head of parties. I want to bring happiness and positivity to the clan in whatever way I can, and what better way to do that than to hold parties all day long?" The pearlcatcher bounces up and down excitedly.

"Say, you're new here, aren't you?" Nauxn doesn't even wait for you to reply. "I'd say, that's a good reason as any for a party! Come on, it'll be good fun!"

You can't find the heart to say no, so you let yourself get dragged away by the pearlcatcher, who is still chattering excitedly about what the party will be like.
