Alun is the Crown of the High Council, which meets to discuss the happenings of the clan. Alun reports this information directly to Wavedancer and Jormun. The High Council is made up of three triple-gened dragons. The head is called the Crown, and then the other two are the Right and Left Wings, with the Right Wing being whoever is currently in favor with the Crown.

The first new arrival to the clan, Alun is distinguished for being one of the oldest founders. He is very prideful, and will fight challengers to solidify his position as Crown. He is not, however, corrupt in a political sense. Known to handle lawmaking and wealth distribution with a fair hand, he simply believes he's the most intelligent dragon in the clan and deserves his position.
