Riot

Brainstorming:
- escaped the fate of the Vat from the Toxic Waste clan, though not without severe consequences
- body is held together with magic, a decaying skeleton with the fire of life within
- toxic-tinged green flame radiates from his center and can be manipulated at will
- cultists from Toxic Waste who are silent rebels helped him escape
- his father sent him off with his bright green cape as protection, hoping he'd survive
- picked up by Pandora, raised to be a killer and consumed by rage thanks to her 'treatments'
- Shade-infected thanks to Pandora (you ruined a perfectly good imp is what you did, look at it, it's got anxiety)
- angry at his situation, angry at everything, lashes out
- Pandora wants him to kill Shen, he follows orders, hesitation, realizes he has no reason to kill Shen because what is he REALLY mad at?
- turns on Pandora, strikes her down, breaks the chains she had on him and is free
- still filled with rage, heads to the source responsible for his condition, the god of the Waste himself
- knock knock, who's there?, SURPRISE B*TCH, thought you saw the last of me
