Brilliant and deeply pragmatic, Leto is a born strategist and a natural leader. In fact, his natural stoicism can be somewhat unnerving; while his ability to predict the actions and reactions of others seems to border on prescience, he has none of the affectations or odd behaviors of many of his Arcane clanmates - in fact, it's his lack of oddness that makes him seem, well, creepy at times. He's taken a role at Astyanax's side, where he tempers the Imperial's naturally aggressive nature nicely, but always makes certain that the clan's true leader, Kyrakios, knows where his loyalty lies. If Astyanax still has designs of leadership in mind, Leto won't be the one helping him achieve them. But for any other goal, he is the perfect second-in-command.
