ClearSmog

ClearSmog is a powerful mage, his magic able to cause anything from excruciating headaches to the loss of touch with reality. He's often seen with the rest of the Obscure Triple Club, despite the fact that he clearly is neither a triple nor obscure in any form. Like a shadow, he acts as the guardian of the grumpy Ridgeback Mario- some say he may have been besotted with Mario after she had brought him to Camelcase. Others state that he uses the Ridgeback as a vessel to gain more strength. Towards the accusations, ClearSmog never gives a definite answer.

He's been the prime suspect to SludgeBomb's sudden disappearance, and some dragons claim that he's finally found that gem he's looking for. Once again, ClearSmog maintains his silence and goes about his usual duties. However, there seems to be a lope in the Imperial's step, as if he relishes the fact of having the other prince gone from his sights. Wielding great power now as the head of the growing Plague circle, Smog holds himself as a faction by himself in Camelcase and seeks to greatly aid their advances with whatever he can muster.

He's seized power in Camelcase, moving everyone (including his own loyalists) into the Wyrmwound. Tired of the rigid hierarchy, the Imperial has ended his silence to take matters into his own paws. He seems to have grown very, very weak for some reason. After being reduced to little more than a pile of bones by VenomDrench, he's being slowly and painstakingly reformed by CP's magics, while granting her temporary power to govern Camelcase on his behalf.

Even so, he is bitter- he refused to concede that the mad queen could possibly be better than he. He's been practising, the large, cursed gems of his body seemingly sharpening as his magic is heightened, alone in his quarters. He would not fall again- and if he must...he would fight the mad queen if he had to.
