Biography
Bio notes:
The origins of lycanthropy are completely unknown and rooted mostly in myth, much like the affliction itself. But it is very much a real condition, as clans such as Nighthead's birth clan have known for generations. Nighthead, like her siblings and parents and every other clanmate, was born with lycanthropy already in their blood. She was trained from a young age to control and hone the extrordinary sensory and physical enchancements that her gift gave her -- starting with her first full moon as a full-grown dragon.
Upon reaching full size and strength, a blood werewolf comes into their full powers. As a hatchling, Nighthead had only experienced minor changes during the full moon; nothing compared to her first true change. Her body surged with power, her keen senses sharpened with raw instinct. And she loved every minute of it -- there was a certain kind of freedom that could only be found in the primeval mind of her wolf state.
Nighthead quickly assumed a position among her clan's best hunters. Generally sweet and gentle, if a bit strict, she displays an uncharacteristic ferocity that borderlines sadism when in positions that bring out her wolf, making her a prime choice for tasks that required strong predatory instinct. During the full moon she doesn't try to stop the wolf from taking over her mind as many lycanthropes do; she welcomes the insane power and the madness it brings.
