Biography
A Z U M A HATCHLING-SITTER |
E X T R A S
Colors: 1 / 26 & Genes: 1 / 16 Inventory: Fun Facts! - Before retirement, he was a forager. - Although he's not the oldest member of the clan, he's still considered the Clan Elder because he was the first one who joined; and helped create it. don'tmindthisthisisjusttomakespacebetter |
"Nice to meet you!" said the new clan member, holding out their claw for the tundra to shake. When the clawshake commenced, the tundra introduced himself, "Hello. I'm Mavis's first-born, Azuma. Nice to meet you, too." The newbie's eyes widened at his first statement. They then went on and on with questions about how it's like having the clan leader as a mother. Ah, and then Azuma pretty much told his whole life story to that poor fellow. Later that day after he finished telling the story with every little detail, he went outside to check on his brother. And, of course, his brother was perched atop a jagged ink peak, looking down at the ocean with a fishing pole in his tiny pink claws. Azuma furrowed his brow and bellowed, "KARIBIO, YOU GET DOWN FROM THERE, YOUR SHIFT ENDED HOURS AGO! I DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOU TO THE UNKNOWN DEPTHS!" and, like every day again and again, Karibio glanced at his overprotective brother and waved him away. A tundra with a cute aqua-colored bow around her furry neck came out soon after commotion began, and brought Azuma inside the lair. He didn't argue, and followed her to a room full of the most precious hatchlings. He smiled. "Whose are they?" And she smiled back. "Spinel and Opals'." "More of theirs?" he laughed, "Well, they're just as beautiful as the last hatch. It'll be nice to take care of these crystal cuties for a few weeks." Parading around as the clan leader's eldest son, screaming for his fae brother to be careful around Starfall's waters, and supervising hatchlings--these are Azuma's daily actions. |

Azuma loves the forest. The trees and the wildlife fascinate him. His role in the clan is the forager- he collects plants for the dragons whose diets consist of it. He doesn't spend as quite as much time in the woods as Livorem does, but he still has a passion for it. "KARIBIO! NO! GET AWAY FROM THERE, YOU'LL FALL INTO THE OCEAN!... I DON'T CARE IF YOU CAN FLY, COME BACK TO THE LAIR!" As the older brother of Synelia and Karibio, he feels responsible for them. Especially Synelia- though, that's never really a problem, because she's usually right by his side. Karibio, however... Azuma is a worrier, and is very concerned that their father, Fidelis, doesn't take good enough care of the ocean-loving fae. He understands that their mother, Mavis, is the clan leader, and is always very busy. But he doesn't ever think that Fidelis has a good enough excuse. Which, the only one he ever uses is the fact that Karibio is an adult and can take care of himself. This is true, but... Azuma is too much of a worrier to stop fearing for his younger brother's safety. He's constantly nagging him to stop spending so much time near the ocean, to be more careful, to make safety precautions, ect... he's pretty overprotective. |
