Biography
"Some dragons called it cowardice, but Fire was no place for me. Not ever."
The dragon left the Fire flight in fear, the scalding ground scorching his feet. The Ashfall Waste was no place for a dragon with a fear of flames. The magma seared and lapped as his feathered tail the Skydancer escaped, flying east. He flew for days before passing out from exhaustion, collapsing into the soft grass of the Windswept Plateau. He awoke to a small group of dragons with pale green eyes, concerned looks painted on their faces. They questioned him, worried about him. The friendly dragons invited him to their Clan, accepting the former Fire dragon as their own.
Though his pelt shimmered in the pale sunlight with his soft orange eyes glowing peacefully looked beautiful to others, Eleveld just couldn't see his beauty himself. He hid under the frosty skin, hiding his so-called "shame". The dragons pitied him, wishing to see his lovely coat alongside with the kind dragon he truly was. So he hid under the skin, attempting to hide his blue-violet pelt, and drowning his anxiety.
He stayed like this for years, until the Pearlcatcher came along. Rayya never liked the frosty skin, only staying true to his real self. Bringing him from the shell of a dragon he was, the Pearlcatcher showed Eleveld his true worth. The two formed a strong bond during their time building each other's confidence, becoming mates and raising sons and daughters of their own. While their children left to serve the Windsinger as they dreamed, Eleveld and his mate Rayya remained in the lair, upholding their duties. Eleveld, the once anxious and insecure dragon he was, was finally the confident and peaceful dragon he had always wanted to be.
