Rhea

Rhea is the first of the Elder Sisters, and when she came to be, she was all that there was in the universe. She, in her loneliness, wished that she could have a friend, someone to share her time with, and then suddenly there was something. She wished for it again, and then two somethings were there before her. On and on her nothings became somethings until she had formed them all into other, new beings, and then she wasn't so alone anymore. She became the great and beautiful wielder of creation and she was finally happy.

She kept making things, day after day, minute after minute, until new life seemed to fall from her very scales as she walked, her love and desire to meet her newest children enough to bring them into existence beside her. She spends eons getting to know her children and when they decide they want to leave, she watches fondly as they move on into their own stories. She loves her children too much for her to resist drawing them into the physical plane them again and again.

She and her sisters are born of need, and what was needed was all that she is:
She is love, she is creation, she is birth, and she is beauty.
