Biography
Katrin is a patient, kind, and motherly Guardian who was abandoned as a hatching and taken in by a group of priestess who served under the Windsinger. They raised her and began training on how to be a proper priestess(How to pray properly, what sort of manners she should have, how to use her magic, etc.) and when the time came for her to chose what she wanted to do she decided to stay and resume her training.
When the time came for her to find a charge, she set off with a promise that she would be back as soon as she could. After a while of wandering, she came to a narrow canyon at the border of Dragonhome and decided to rest there for the day. That night she was awoken by the sounds of a fight, though this one sounded different then the ones she had heard on her travels. Nevertheless, she rushed over to see if she could help try to break it up or at the very least, heal the combatants and calm them down. Suddenly, she froze, something told her to stay hidden and observe what would happen so she decided to follow her instinct and remain at a distance hidden away in the shadows. Soon after a group of Serthis came, dragging along another injured one and threw her down proceeding to beat her and smash her against the wall. When she saw what was happening, Katrin(a normally calm dragon) charged out from her hiding place and clubbing them with her tail and hitting then with a blast of magic causing them to retreat. Katrin rushed over to the injured Serthis and was relived to find that she was alive albeit barely and needed immediate medical attention and so she picked her up as gently as she could and got put of the canyon as quickly as she could so she could fly somewhere safe to heal her. As she flew, she felt something click within her and she realized that she had found her charge which made her feel both overjoyed at having found it and even more worried because she now had even more if a reason to make sure she lived and as soon as she landed she got to work, using as much of her magic as she could and applying salves and potions when she couldn't and the Serthis was able to recover.
The Serthis, Gwen, as she later introduced herself as was astonished to find that she was alive and even moreso to find that she was a dragons charge of all things! Yet she still felt indebted to the knew who saved her life and swore that since Katrin would guard her life, she would guard hers. After all, she is a good fighter and is able to hold her own plenty fine she just got ambushed and ganged up on and with the unfair numbers plus the element of surprise she couldn't retaliate very well. And so, Katrin returned home with Gwen surprising and unsettling some if the other priestesses but eventually they learned to at the very least, tolerate her and Katrin's training resumed once more.
Then the day came where she was to complete one of the final steps of her training, her pilgrimage, where she would travel around Sornieth and would receive knowledge from the Windsinger as she traveled across the land and told other dragons of his teachings while learning the cultures of other fligts. So she set off, Gwen at her side beginning her journey across Sornieth traveling to different fligts and clans, teaching others about the Windsinger and learning about their own dieties and customs.
Then, many months into her pilgrimage, on her way back form visiting a clan in the shrieking wilds, she stopped in the middle of the jungle, she thought she heard a hatchlings cry and decided to follow the sound and see what it was. When she came to the source of the sound, she found a Fae, only a few days old crying out in the middle of the jungle and she immediately picked her up and rushed back to the clan she was just at as fast as she could. The clan let her stay a while longer but soon she had to leave again(they were expecting visitors and they didn't have enough space for then all) and despite her best efforts no one would raise the Fae and she had no choice but to take her with her and hope that another clan could take her in. One clan became another clan and soon she kept finding hatchling after hatchling, abandoned and unwanted and with no clan to take them in taking them with her as she could never leave them on their own. Then one night she prayed to the Windsinger for help and when she went to sleep she had a dream in which the Windsinger spoke to her her and when she woke up, she set off back to the Windswept Plateau into the deep into the bamboo falls where she found a ravine and upon passing through it, a clearing surrounded by waterfall-filled lakes and steep cliffs, somehow hidden away from the rest of Sorineth. Here she was to raise her children and let them flourish and grow until they could decide what they wished to do with their lives.
Katrin doesn't know if her job is temporary and she can continue with her pilgrimage once she finds a replacement or if this is her destiny. Either way she took on her new task with enthusiasm and grace raising her children the best she can. Sue found out shortly after settling in the clearing that the lakes were home to a school of Maren, who had been living there ever since the beastclans came to be and had no knowledge of the war going on. Katrin was able to communicate with them with Gwen's help and they were able to forge a bond between the two groups. Katrin has become a lot more ion to having visitors ever since Hoshiko joined since she can foretell who would be considered "worthy" enough to stay for any period of time. Alsie, the Fae that she raised has gone off and formed her own clan. They still keep in contact and are very close.
As of recently, she has taken the dragon Archenar under her tutilige after sensing his latent magic and is currently helping him control it. The clan has grown massively since she first arrived and her old friend Honeypot has agreed to trade with the clan and take some travelers with her caravan. She was shocked when Kusil returned, however she has welcomed him with an open heart and has set about getting him a proper place to stay and is helping him find work.

I returned to the clan with my new children. While I was forced to put off the completion of my priestess training, I knew my teachers – and the Windsinger – would understand. Those in need would have to come first. It was my new task to show them the kindness they never knew, to be the mother they never had. I accepted this duty with enthusiasm and vowed to never leave a hatchling to survive on its own.
After some time had passed, I acquired a bodyguard. She was a Carmine Serthis by the name of Gwen, and her loyalty to me is as steadfast as my devotion to the young ones I rescued. I saved her life when I found her on the verge of death, apparently wounded in a scuffle with other Serthis. Although some of the clan members were wary of accepting a member of the Beastclans, I couldn't just leave her to die. I felt a strange connection developing within me, a feeling I'd never experienced before. Although I loved my adopted hatchlings dearly, this was a sensation that went far beyond love. In time, I realized what it was. I had found my charge. While not what I had expected, I was still overjoyed. After regaining her health, she agreed to protect me in return for safety from dragons and other Serthis. Despite the fact that we should be enemies, she is one of the closest friends I've ever had."

I think she'd have a Milotic because I think they're real spirity-type pokemon, and she's real dedicated to the windsinger and all that. also, kinda similar to Serthises.
