Where the water flows into the Sea lurks a coven of witches. Filmarya and her twin Cebru are from that coven. They grew up to the sound of crashing water and boiling seas, the violent rain that splattered and soaked everything. From there the coven drew water for their potions and brews and taught their daughters the art of witchery.

Filmarya is a nice witch. Though born of Light Water is in her heart and allows her abilities normal Light dragons do not have. Her fur is water resistant except around her feet and throat where algae grows. The algae she uses in special potions that allow non Water dragons to breathe under water.
