Belnan is one of the older members of the Clan, having fought in the original war for the territory. His scars are deep and he has slowed down a lot since then. He doesn't like the responsibility of managing the Clan but he does fit well with guarding the Den.

Belnan is a true therian--one with the ability to change from a fully humanized form to fully dragon. He also has the rare ability to change to a 'were' form, a sort of human/dragon hybrid.
