Wave Storm
OO[/transparent]RANOSTOO[/transparent]
∙ SEA SEER ∙
Ranost was the only hatchling in her nest, which is considered an omen of great power among Tundra dragons. As changeable as the sea, she has always been exceptionally in tune with it. The clan priestess suspects that she has the gift of farsight: she is able to predict changes in the sea's weather and currents, an invaluable boon to a Water clan. She was raised alongside the brothers Osefreen, Athafkesry, and Ibkolkhemry, and she remains close with them. She and Osefreen pore over portents together, while Ibkolkhemry visits the shore with her-- she to read the waves, he to scavenge. Following Tundra naming tradition, her name, which means "Wave Storm," includes an element also found in her father's name. Her name reflects her coloration, her affinity for the sea, and her elemental alignment as the first water dragon born into her family. |
