"Welcome stranger. I'm glad to see a new face here. I was starting to think I was the only one. It's strange here in this cloud. The way these dragons are able to manipulate the storms here is... well... to be completely honest, I think it's crazy here. Just last week I nearly got my tail zapped right off by one of the new hatchlings. I've never had to deal with this before." The flustered fae was petting his tail, "It was my own hatchling.. but still. When I was at home, the most they did was make a cute little ball of light that disappeared in a matter of moments. Nothing like this chaos."

As if on cue a bolt of lightning struck dangerously close. The Fae made a startled squeak, "By Lightweaver! This place is going to be the death of me. Please, let us go hide in my safe hole far away from all of this dangerous, deadly, cancer causing smoke and debris." He started shambling off on the ground. His short legs making him lag behind. "I refuse to fly! The last time I did my beautiful silks were destroyed! Completely!" He was obviously disgruntled, "That's the last time I'll be flying in the open here."

After a conversation about fine silks, he settled down and started cleaning himself, "It's so grimy here. Dirt everywhere... can you believe? It took me and my mate nearly three weeks to find the appropriate fur for our nest. And the idiots here wanted to SHOCK them. They wanted to shock my babies. I know that Stormcatcher is the resident god here but... Shocking eggs? Is that even right? Those poor hatchlings. I almost feel sorry for them."

Once he finished cleaning himself he looked around, "This.. I know Maideth is a plague dragon. But that doesn't mean that our home has to be a festering mess. I believe in homecomings, and that she does get homesick. But to spread a plague to these dragons? They are thin as it is." He got back up and went over to the wall, where he cast a spell that caused a large blinding light to fill the cave. "There, maybe that will stave off some of those unwanted things." There was a visible shiver down his spine, "I couldn't imagine what her living conditions would have been."

He walked back to the nest and sat down. Nit picking at little details, "I understand why my dad was so ecstatic to send me away. He was tired of my compulsiveness. I was happy to get out of that filthy den too. But to be put in this? I understand that they need representatives to be able to fly into certain areas for storms. And Umbra Callers aren't known for their talkativeness, but to expect us to live like this? I would much rather be living in my own realm."

"When being assigned as a light flight representative, I didn't expect to receive anything." He pulled out a strange looking key, "I was told it holds magic that grants access to otherwise inaccessible places. I'm not really sure how it does it. I haven't knowingly used it before, but there is a possibility that there is no real door for it. That simply possessing it is what grants the access." He quickly hid it when he heard footsteps passing by, "Oh, but I'm not supposed to be telling you about it. You're going to have to forget about everything you just saw.. There is no key. Sorry but you'll have to go now..."
