Swipp caught him trying to steal from her stand and was about to give him hell when Noxi interfered. She convinced Swipp to hand him over and he's been training at her side ever since.

He looks up to her, but he tends to not show it at all. Instead, he insists that he doesn't care about anything or anyone.
