The mute cook of the clan. Despite his heritage, Onde is drawn to the Water domain, visiting the shore or the Bamboo Falls nearly every day. It was there that he'd met his companion, a Surge Priest who became the dragon's voice. Onde and his familiar seem to have developed a sign language of their own, which the Priest interprets and delivers to the listeners.

Despite his menacing form, Onde is an incredibly peaceful dragon, and holds a great passion for cooking. Occasionally, when he feels able to leave the Wind domain and the shores of the Sea, Onde travels to other territories, learning the ways of each flight's cuisine. Piligrims to the Retreat who come to serve the Windsinger always enjoy ceremonial feasts prepared by Onde.
