Biography

Rank: Head Contagion Call Alchemist

Familiar: Swill

Swill is a craft podid that Shadowzephyr gave to ToxinSong when his tribe opened. The horrid creature is sneaking and happily sneaks his Master's toxins into the water of other flights.

Primary Mate: None. Though, he has been known to mate with VacubCame from time to time.

Lore:

ToxinSong was born with a curse upon his head. It did not manifest until he was mature. He would go to his training classes and the longer he stayed with the class, the sicker the other students became. Several actually died and the elders realized that being exposed to ToxinSong was making their hatchlings ill.

They took away his name and chased him from the clan. Sad, lost, and lonely, he wandered about the territory. Soon the despair became too much and he collapsed in the grass, sobbing. His cold paws covered his eyes as he curled into a ball.

He continued to cry for a long time. Even when he heard something approaching he did not stop or look up. If he was lucky, perhaps this creature would kill him.

"My, my, he's a pretty color. Don't you think, Oliver?" The voice was soft and distorted, softer than that of any dragon species. The gruff huff of a Guardian sounded in reply. The creature that spoke chuckled softly and knelt before ToxinSong, gently petting his earfins, "Why cry, little mirror?"

"K-kicked from my h-home. I'm c-cursed! Make people around me sick!" ToxinSong could barely sob out the words.

"Oh really?" Was that excitement in the creature's voice? "That is not a curse little one, but a gift if used right. Why not come with me?"

"N-no, I-I'll make you sick!"

"I highly doubt that." At this reply, ToxinSong uncovered his eyes and looked up. His four pink eyes widened in wonder at the creature before him. It looked kind of like a bi-ped dragon. Like it had mutated from a Fae or something but with a much shorter neck.

Though, these were not the details that drew ToxinSong's attention. No, those would be the eyes. The eyes of both the creature and the Guardian were the deep crimson of the Plague Flight. The creature was grinning at him and he grinned back; Plague Flight members could not get sick by natural means.

"I am Shadowzephyr and this is my friend Oliver." The creature offered a hand to Toxin and he happily placed his paw in her grip, "Welcome to Xibalba, little ToxinSong."

That meeting had been the greatest moment of his life. He had happily followed her and Oliver back to the Plague Flight territory and to their clanlands. He was happily greeted by the members of the tiny Xibalba clan.

He trained in alchemy under Shadowzephyr and learned that his scales produced a horrific oily toxin that made dragons ill. She taught him to harness the oil and use it with alchemic recipes that they could use against the other Flights. Angry with the Arcane Flight that threw him out, ToxinSong happily agreed.

Once his training was done, he asked Shadowzephyr if he could make his own tribe within the clan. She happily accepted and he fathered the Contagion Call tribe. The tribe grew to be a generational tribe only that crafted and perfected recipes for germ warfare using their own oily toxins.
