Born to the intense competition of the Scarred Wasteland, Keet was trained from a young age to be better, stronger, and more cunning than other dragons. When he wrestled with his siblings, he was vicious, and used every underhanded advantage that was available. He showed talents from a young age in tracking and fighting, skills that every aspiring bounty hunter needs. After fighting his siblings and winning on a very deadly scale against one of them, Keet felt he was ready to move on to big game - other dragons. He immigrated to the Shifting Expanse where the treasure flows readily and the law is loose if you know where to hide. He operates from the Carrion Canyon as a bounty hunter. A bounty hunter of what? Depends on who the highest bidder is. He will take commissions resulting from a personal feud, aid Beastclan to capture dragons, aid dragons to capture Beastclan, and even work discreetly for the Lightning flight governing clans. When the jobs are sparse, he acts instead as a highwayman, hijacking precious cargo travelling through the canyon. As with many dragons born from the Plaguelands, Keet shows certain mutations. His front legs are somewhat disproportionately long, giving him great speed but a somewhat awkward gait. His wings, to a limited extent, are able to flash with different saturations of colour; when tracking, they are usually dulled down, but can flash bright or neon orange as an intimidation tactic. His fur, somewhat matted, hides a row of long spines, which he is able to raise when threatened, protecting his neck during a fight. He has bonded well with a Clown Charger, who shares some irregular adaptations. He wears a combination of useful gear and trophies. The bronze steampunk apparel attracts the static of the Shifting Expanse away from his fur. Static shock is a legitimate danger, considering his affinity for metal jewelry. Although he would never admit it, he does not enjoy killing - the smell is too strong for him, and causes him to involuntarily empathize with his victims. His memory is also a slight weakness, so he asks for payment upfront and takes one job at a time, avoiding any solo plan that requires much organization. |
