Venin was found wandering the Wispwillow Grove with no memories of his life, like a wiped slate. He obviously remembered some things—like the names of colors, how to walk, and etcetera. But there was nothing, just empty. He even had to be named by his current family.

Found by Vermilion and brought back to Clan Wyvern, it took time for him to settle in, quiet and confused. The Skydancer couple adopted him, nurtured him, and taught him. His adoptive siblings had varying levels of acceptance and support, but they are all close now.

With an empty mind, he became fascinated with learning. Venin dedicated his life to it, catching up to and overtaking others in knowledge. Maybe he's relearning everything he used to know, or maybe now he knows even more. The times where one spots Venin without a book handy are rare.

Venin loves hanging around Jinx, ask him things, and observe his spellcasting. It's interesting to learn, though he has little aptitude for the craft himself. It's knowledge of a different kind, a kind he respects.

But still, sometimes he has bouts of confusion, times where there's only fog and he wanders. He worries that, someday, he might forget his family too.
