He was taken in from the Auction House when he was a few months old. Nobody knows what his backstory is, or what his life before this clan was like. All that's known is that he lived in the Scarred Wasteland. It must've been harsh on him, because his first months in the clan he stayed silent and secluded. Burning red eyes and poison fangs, nobody trusted him- except for one, Mavis. Beneath Zeref's demon-like looks, deep down he has a true good heart, radiating with light. At first, only she could see that light. But now, over time, it has made itself known to his clanmates.

His first few months, He was a mystery without a key... or rather, a lost one. His first few months, he was an outsider. Nobody knew whether to be afraid or to try and break the ice. Most chose to be afraid. Rumors spread like crazy. Until... The key was found, and the light in his heart shone vibrant. Now, there is darkness in his heart, concealed underneath the light. It's a dangerous, ruthless, and unforgiving darkness.
