Ophelia showed up at the Shielder's one day long ago, looking for her former mate, Daniel. Overjoyed to find him at first, she was soon devastated to find that he barely seemed to remember her, and her grief was only compounded when she realized the shy but adventurous dragon she once knew had turned into somewhat of a shaking mess. Emotionally distraught but unable to leave him, she stayed, hoping to find some answers to what had happened to her former mate. As time passed Ophelia did find out a bit more, but realized that she was never going to get her Daniel back. She wanted a new start and changed her breed and her colors, deciding to do more for herself than she ever had in the past. She now works as the clan’s priest and exalter, preparing dragons that come to them for the road ahead. Kind, soft-spoken, and filled with enough heart to power an entire clan, there is still somewhat an air of loss around Ophelia that keeps people from asking too much or pushing her too hard. She is much tougher than she looks, however, and you should feel free to ask her whatever you like, as she enjoys helping. There is also a slight secret to Ophelia that few know- that 'ceremonial' staff she carries is actually a bo staff, and yes she does absolutely know how to use it. She'll also use it smack you on the head or shoulder if you're interrupting a rite or ritual. ▬▬ ADDITIONAL ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

-Doesn't actually have much personal faith in any of the gods, but recognizes that others do, just wants people to make the best choice for them and ease the transition as best she can -If you're looking for a more traditional exalter or priest, she's definitely not it. She is about the extent of the entire clan's willingness to engage the gods, which generally amounts to 'We don't need that heat.' -After all this time the only thing that really bothers her is that Daniel does not remember their children - Has gained the title 'Monk Grandma' and though people won't use it to her face, she finds it pretty cute.
