Loch takes pride in her appearance and those of everyone around her. She spends a lot of time keeping her nest and the clan's lair clean out of no obligation aside from her own. The Skydancer is known to disappear for days at a time on scavenging trips too, often coming back injured but triumphant with a contented gleam in her eyes. The lair-work and cleaning appears to be her way of compensating the clan for the time she spends away, unable to help out. She's not generous for the sake of being generous or having those good warm feelings inside. She gifts other dragons various apparel or fabric scraps she's found because she wants everyone to look their best. Of course, this is actually Loch's definition of "best" and she's pretty vocal against opposition to it, leading to lots of clashes between clanmates. Fortunately, she's not a violent dragon and will rarely be the one to escalate an argument. The Skydancer works hard at everything she does, whether it's convincing someone to wear a flair scarf over a neck wrap or dragging back enough food to give the entire clan a good meal. It's hard to see the resemblance to her more inactive parents, but that's more on purpose than anything. Loch would never say she held a grudge against Luca and Velo, though sometimes her physical form wavers and her lustrous, metallic scales look... pixellated. Maybe there's more to Loch's isolating scavenging trips than what she lets on. After spending much time in a neighboring Clan whose matriarch Daidra is quite well known by Luca and Velo. We have been informed that even tho Loch has kept to herself, while out on one of her savegening runs she met Thor a young Guardian in Clan Kits. To say the least Thor began his flirtatious activities he is fairly well known for. Loch was smitten the minute she met Thor, they are now spending much more time together. Loch has moved to Clan Kits and has been seen about the Clan tidying and meeting Thor down in the thickets by Thor's Lair. For the time being she mused, she would very much like to stay and take Thor as a mate. Will she continue on her Scavenging trips, or be contented just to stay? After deciding to stay together, Loch and Thor have decided to avoid the scandal around their secret meetings, and move to a new clan. |
