The larger of the Skydancer lapidarist twins, Rutile is primarily in charge of finding the gemstones they work with, digging up the ore, and handling all business transactions.

Even for Skydancers with a same-breed sibling, Rutile and Clay are incredibly in tune with each other's emotional states, sometimes even thinking along such similar lines that they share joint custody of ideas despite the original plan coming from only one of them. However, Rutile is the face of their operation and the friendlier brother besides that, and while he and his brother share a certain "exclusive" relationship, Rutile is much more open to befriending other dragons.
