For the majority of their lives, they'd been JanusandJuno as if they were one. It wasn't a stretch.
The twins were near identical, even dressing and wearing their hair in mirror fashions. Then Juno felt the void left not only in their family, but also the clan, at their mother's departure and took it upon herself to fill it. She began growing out her hair and taking a more active role in the clan. With that, Janus had gone from sharing an identity with his sister to being the only one without one of his own. He was "Juno's brother\' and "January's son." He quickly grew tired of it,
tired of other's looking at him and seeing someone else. He wants to be his own person once and for all.
