The Brotherhood of FrostBite. A clan aptly named for the dragon that once ruled them- they were a large, wild bunch of outlaws that lived away from the rest of the colonies of the Southern Icefield, stalking the paths, raiding colonies and clans that dare come close, as well as mugging unsuspecting travelers. With increased suspicion from Ice flight clans due to the attacks from other clans, they were getting away with less and less until one day, they were challenged by powerful champions. FrostBite fell by their hands, as did many of the Brotherhood. The Brotherhood began to linger more and more as illness, exposure, starvation drove them to madness. They began to fight amongst one another, intent to kill. But then FrostBite returned. A ghostly spectre, who led the clan to safety. He is now regarded with both fear and respect, hatred and admiration from those who remain.

"Get up." The cloaked Guardian loomed over the crimson Spiral, curled up in the snow around a bundle of food. The snow around him was stained red. "I said: Get up. Else you are hardly worth my time, and I will let the scavengers finish you off." The Spiral stirred, his wide, pale blue eyes blinking open. He looked at the Guardian and slowly raised his head. "I saw what you managed to do. The expertise in which you managed to slip in, and out of that clan's stronghold was very skilled. Unfortunate that you way of exit was blocked before you could slip out unnoticed." "Who..." The Spiral began weakly. "Who are you?" "They call me FrostBite. The Lord of the Vagabonds. The Wraith of the Wastes. I gather only the most skilled rogues, bandits, fighters, and decievers. And now, I give you a second chance at living. So. Homeless little thief. Will you join my Brotherhood. The Spiral was speechless. Before him was the dragon that he was told stories about as a child to keep him behave. Was this real? Regardless of it being real or not, he didn't have a choice in the matter if he were to survive. "...Yes. It'd be my honor, sir." "What is your name, Little Thief? "Chir... ChirAren, sir." "Welcome to my Brotherhood." |
