This coatl not only seems to dress oddly, but his very being seems to be one big enigma. From the looks of him, he seems to be a odd mixture of Coatl and Wildclaw, though his features primarily exibit the former species. Due to this attempt to cross-breed, his larynx isn't as functional as any other dragon's, rendering him mute. Despite this, he seems quite adept with magic, specfically ice.

He also seems to have an avid love for alchemy, tossing things into the lair's cauldron when he can, but he seems a bit lazy at times with this.
