Bluu has always tried his best to keep his magic in check. Sometimes he fails and in one case he managed to open a portal, a portal deep into a realm that he didn't understand. He tried to close it but not before something came out. This something was a small plume of fire, that slowly warped over time. This warp took the shape of the things around it, slowly turning into a giant, serpentine Imperial half formed by magical fire. Bluu and the others have slowly attempted to train Void to act like a normal dragon and learn what he really is.
