BA (like a sheep) - sil NOT Bae-sil like the herb

Basil is the healer who takes care of the patrols when they come back hurt. Often times, she's got to see Burlap as well when some of the beastclan tribes he ridiculously tries to befriend wind up not being quite so open to friendship. She likes joking around with him though, he brings up a lot of interesting philosophical questions. He may be swaying her slowly into thinking the beastclans aren't so bad, Basil isn't quite sure if she should try to resist. She's also great friends with Riptide! There are so few other dragons with wings shiny enough to have reflection contests with, and to be honest, Basil is kind of terrified of interacting with the resident imperials. She gets that they are dragons just like her! She likes them! She's just also constantly slightly terrified one of them is going to step on her. Chromosome is the least intimidating, and she's been making careful overtures of friendship with the dragon almost 20 times her size.

She sleeps curled in coils around her familiar, who suns themselves all day so by nighttime they are a -very- warm block of living marble. Their name is Devonian, and being made of marble, they're pretty useful for helping her hold down struggling dragons as she applies stinging polices or stitches them up.
