Biography
NAME was always expected to become a warrior as he grew up;
the offspring of two Exalt Clerks who were responsible for seeing to the young dragons who wished to go off to serve the deities, NAME was always expected to want the same destiny as all his siblings had: To serve the Lightweaver of the Arcanist, the two gods the Northern Galaxy Clan worshiped. Even the Queen of the Clan expected NAME to join the ranks of the Light and Arcane exalts; all of Albus's children did anyway, so why would he be any different?
So, NAME trained with Iyce, the Clan's warrior trainer, and prepared to be sent to serve the deities and fight for them, in whatever war they decided whenever they pleased. His stomach lurched at the thought of actually having to go, but the last time one of his siblings went against his father's wishes, he was shunned by Albus, and left the Clan.
NAME talked about this in private with another Clan member, who suggested speaking to Anizmar, the Queen. Fearful of being exiled, but ultimately desperate for anything else then going to serve the deities and possibly being killed in a War he didn't want to fight, he approached her lair to talk.
Contrary to what he believed about Anizmar, Anizmar responded with understanding. NAME was an extremely talented warrior after all, especially with swordsmanship, and while Anizmar understood his wish not to serve the deities, she didn't want his skill to go to waste. Anizmar agreed to help NAME leave the Clan without his father knowing, so as not to stir controversy and drama within the Clan. Accompanied by Anizmar and a Clan warrior to keep them safe, the three journeyed to the Shadow Lands, where a well-known group of dragons, ruled by Tatiana, resided.
This Clan worked differently than the Northern Galaxy; while their forms of power were similar, the Clan worked like a pyramid of ranks; with NAME's fighting skills, he would fit right in with one of the better ranks, just as he would of been a first wing Warrior had he stayed in Northern Galaxy.
Tatiana immediately took a liking to the brave, silver fae, and bestowed upon him a beautifully forged sword upon his arrival, as a gift of welcome and appreciation for his new life in the Clan.
Brave and stoic, NAME couldn't of been prouder of the Clan he was residing in, and took it upon himself to protect Tatiana when he could, as well as to fight with all he could for the rest of his new Clan.
A month later, Tatiana decided that she was so impressed with NAME, that she would promote him within the ranks taking him as her mate and giving him a new name. The name Tam Lyn is what he would be known from that day forward.
