Ooooooh, I've got to go with Nitebite. He instantly made me think of some kind of god of guidance; like, the tiny-bright star that sailors use to find their bearings at night! It's probably said that he appears to lost ships on cloudy nights and points them in the right direction, even in the most overcast skies.
