Not everyone can shed their scars. Not everyone can keep their beauty and hide their ruined selves.
I certainly can't.
I once thought I could show everyone my ugly side. I thought I could trust the world to know that scars don't take away passion.
But alas. The only thing they know is the shell. The outside.
I try to show them how I feel.
Twisted. But twisted to freedom. Vile. But vilely exposed.
And then, I hide my world and show them my hateful, scarless face.
