Anduin is the second oldest of original founder's children and he tries his best to honor his parents with his actions. He doesn't agree with the way Deja treats their brother and thinks of Tirion as a real brother instead of an adopted one like their parents wished. He is very close to his sister, Varian, even going as far as to share the responsibilities of Guard Captain with her. He watches over, trains, and commands the soldiers of the Order, while she handles the regular guards. Despite having specific authority over their specific sub-groups, they can easily swap places and command either the guards and soldiers no matter what. Anduin is loyal to Tirion and trusts his decisions, so if his brother thinks something is a good idea and is a good strategic decision, he will follow it. While he is capable of coming up with strategies and ideas on his own, his trust outweighs his desire to think of something on his own unless he is called to do so. He is still quite the threat in battle and uses his large size to charge in and overtake an opponent while those who cast spells and his smaller soldiers and guards will be more protected as the enemy focuses on him first.
Anduin has a big heart and will put himself in serious danger in order to protect someone. He believes this to be his duty as the son of the founders and as a Guard Captain in general. He focuses on physical strength over magical abilities and trains his soldiers to also trust in their physical strength over their magic as well, though he won't push away the strength of magic in total favor of it and instead encourages the use of both in battle routines. It's not unlike Anduin to coat his claws and paws with light magic before taking a swipe for extra damage!
The death of his parents was heartbreaking for Anduin, as he and his siblings were all adolescents who were bright-eyed and expecting to follow their parents path until they were ready to part. Father and Mother were from them by an illness, but their parents knew their demise was coming well before they decided to have children. They trained them what they needed to know before they set out on their own journey to grow the Order.

Items that Anduin tends to collect are Behemoth Lances, Battered Shields, Expertly-Crafted Spears, Steel Longneck Helmets, Warbeast Tusks, and Gladiator's Warhorns.
