Mate & Best Friend
|
Coming into the fray for Druid was a little confusing and overwhelming, but he remained undeterred from greeting those that welcomed him and steering clear of those that didn’t. Having recently migrated from an Ice Clan, being in a Shadow Clan was all new to him - He liked it, but it also concerned him. Shadow flights are notoriously shady. He kept his guard up, but resigned himself to not be so closed off as to learn and understand his new home and its inhabitants. So far, he's become closest to the bard Robinton, Robinton's mother, Merelan, and the ever pragmatic Griffin; coming at the cost of being an enemy to Robinton's father (who isn't fond of Robinton, himself). Other than Petiron, Druid also views Lucky as an enemy. The explanation for that being, well... Let's just say Lucky talks a good game about wanting to help better the clan, but really, he's in most things for himself. This comes as a stark contrast to Druid's innate sense of empathy and heeding to the call of those in need. Druid is a jovial, intelligent fellow, and - as his name would suggest - has a knack for befriending fauna and encouraging flora to grow. His proficiency in this manner has caused him to gain the title of Clan Gardener, and as such, he attends to his many beloved plants and animal friends. Being the only Earth dragon has its perks, as well - he’s also been elected the Earth Ambassador for his new clan! However, this comes at a certain expense… Druid isn’t a very assertive guy, and he tends to take paths to peace, so for him to have to make any decisions that would, perhaps, cause conflict… It undoubtedly gives him some anxiety. Will he be able to get over this fear of confrontation? Only time will tell! ________________________________________ |

Familiar of Choice
Wildthorn the Barkback Boar
Wildthorn is as old as the earth itself. Well, at least he thinks he is. He’s pretty wise, in spite of his youth. Druid’s not quite sure how he managed to do it... Somehow, while he was wandering around, he noticed a fallen tree- gigantic in size! He felt sorry for the tree, but he knew that was the way of the forest. Life and death go hand-in-hand. Just then, he noticed something moving about it… That’s when he discovered Wildthorn. Wildthorn showed him around and gave him the history of the forest. Druid thinks that perhaps the little boar had carried on the knowledge from the tree in which he became animated from. Whether or not this is true, they befriended one another and went about enjoying the scenery. Since then, the two are often seen tending to things together (although, Wildthorn can be a touch bossy, at times, much to Druid’s chagrin).
