Biography
Carnade, matriarch of her clan, guardian of the Gladevines, and friend to wanderers.
Born and raised in the Gladevines she grew up in a small family clan. Outsiders were always portrayed as dangerous, and she was taught to put her family first. From a young age she felt that this was a selfish lifestyle. When she abandoned her clan she left with warning and bitterness from her betrayal. It was clear that no one was going to welcome her back if she failed in her endeavors.
The more she wandered the more she saw that disturbed her. The rising unrest with the beast clans and the ferocity of some of the dragons she encountered left her with a cause. No matter what was thrown at her she wanted to make sure she was merciful above all else.
Her clan began with Skarsgard. She encountered the fae in danger and quickly came to his aid, defending him from the strangler that was attacking him. They became an inseparable pair, him being the perfect counterpart for her. While she wanted to find the good in everyone, he was cynical and cautious about everything. The two of them encountered more and more dragons in need of a place to call home, and the more they invited in, the quicker their clan grew.
Now Carnade rules over her clan with fierce loyalty. There is little she would not do for her clanmates.
