______ Gerik is a dragon that always relied on the winds to guide him. Before coming upon the Clan of Ponds, he traveled across all of Sornieth and explored countless places; he never had a motive for anything he did. Regardless of all the people he met and befriended, the only one he truly needed was himself.

______ When the breeze led him to Atlas, he knew that there was something unique and extraordinary about him. So much so that Atlas had managed to convince him to stay. Gerik finally felt he had a permanent place to go home to. The Clan of Ponds also led him to reunite with his half-sister, Caiside. Later on, Atlas appointed him as the clan's Nature Representative.
