Biyo is on the smaller side for a tundra dragon. Her bright fur is trimmed and her mane is braided back, giving her a well groomed appearance. Very unusually, she has the raised head feathers most commonly found in coatls, it is generally agreed within the family that she must have inherited them from a distant ancestor.

Her family is very...very large. Her legacy is that of her bright, recognizable plumage of which she shares with her dozens of siblings, cousins, etc. She has spent all her life around those that share her bloodline, and feels very constricted by it. She deeply wishes to travel far and wide, meeting all sorts of dragons who know nothing of her or her family.

Job wise, she is training to be a courier, delivering parcels both within her clan and between neighboring settlements. She initially took an interest in the trade as it lined up with her passion for flying, but she has found it to be more of a bore than she was expecting. Still, she desires to impress her mentor, and prove to her parents that she is capable of being responsible--as much as she'd rather shirk her delivery schedule and go explore the clan outskirts with Bubsy, her familiar.

She often sneaks out in her free time, and has led several half baked attempts to leave for good over the years. Due to her the watchful eyes of her many family members she has yet to make it very far without being spotted, though.

Despite her limited territory, she is an excellent aerialist. Flying gives her more pleasure than anything. And with all the time she has spent soaring through the air she has developed an appreciation for all of avian kind. She collects feathers and small bones, and birdwatches when she cannot take to the air, herself.

Biyo does not enjoy fighting, preferring to try and charm her way out or avoid trouble entirely. She is not wholly against violence, but sees it as a deeply upsetting and usually unnecessary method.

Those that know her would say she is a bit naive, but is a very kind and energetic individual who is easy to befriend, but whose head is stuck in the clouds, often literally.

Her loyal, if portly, companion. He has a passion for snacks rivaled only by his love for his best friend. Just barely. Often he can be found dutifully by her side, or riding on her back. He glides and flutters more than flies.

The bone collector...

She has only met Marrow once, long ago, when she caught her rummaging through the garbage heap on the edge of town. To this day, she quietly sends letters and parcels with her own findings every few months. She knows her family finds the guardian more than a little strange, but she is marveled by her stories of her travels, and forgotten beasts from ancient times. Speaking earnestly about her troubles comes much easier when it's to someone who is so far away, as well.
