Semi Gem of the Gods The Gladekeeper and the Lightweaver once came together to create pretty stones to decorate the world. They made precious stones and metals like diamonds, platina and rubies, but also semi-precious ones like amethyst, agate and quartz. When they made the stones they were in deep concentration, weaving their magic into shapes and colours. One time the Stormcatcher came barging in and the two deities's magic ran wild. Sa the stormcatcher was the quickest to realise his mistake he quickly wrapped the magic into life. He had created two living, crystalline dragons. One of them contained more light and the other more nature magic, but their bodies were like the Stormcatcher's own radiance. The deities agreed to make them full dragons, and together they bound the living gems in the form of two well-known breeds: coatl and imperial. As none of the deities knew what more to do they released the living gems into the world. They were named Semi and Precious and were told to always keep close. They had been given no jobs and were free dragons. Dragons. They tasted the word. It felt a little wrong, but still a little right. Semi-dragons, perhaps. It felt right. As soon as they reached he ground, they began searching. For what they did not know. It was as if they had a purpose, though they had not been given one. The gods watched them for a while. Their two dragons seemed to wander around at random until they found a rocky area. Then they would clear a smal space and go digging and scavenging among the rubble. Some stones that they touched would slowly transform into a more valuable one, like from granite to agate, from topaz to sapphire. The two dragons seemed to grow aware of this, but were never interested in them. When they found an original precious or semi-precious stone they would carefully dig it out and bring it to the partner. They would hold hands and weave their magic int the stone, creating life out of stone. The stone then dulls into a less valuable material and are carefully laid back where it was found. The new dragons are more dragons than their parents, and seem to have no strong memory of having been a gem. Festival Treasurer He is in charge of the holiday currencies, meaning he don't work as much as other dragons. One week before each holiday he will count the remains of last year, compare it to his notes and make a list of what will be needed this year. During the holiday he is busy, running for everyone to collect and distribute hoiday currency and items where it is needed. When the event is over he will note down all that was made, spent and remaining. Then he will stow everything away in a secret place before going back to his hobbies, along with his Precious.

Semi and his wife, Precious, are rigging the stage for the xmas concert! They are as busy as ever, and just as happy. Work means payment and something to kill time. They have not yet found each other presents.
