The third Wanderer and an explorer of the depths of the earth, Onyx is a cold, calculating character who finds himself more attached to the Earthshaker than his own deity. Even among the Wanderers, he is an oddity, as he has chosen to have a common familiar instead of an elemental Bear. His eyes are permanently accustomed to being starved of light apart from the little light given off by his Cave Jewel, rendering him basically blind above ground. As such, literally no one gets how a character like Exavier has been able to create such a loner.
