A cartographer of reasonable repute, Loupamore started out in a family of spirals. His calm disposition and patience made him very different from his brothers and sisters. It wasn't long before his parents found out that their darling pearly son was also deaf, unable to hear nor understand what they were saying. Luckily, while raising him, Loupamore's parents taught him how to use his paws and tail in a soundless language. Learning Dragon Sign Language (DSL) would serve him well, as Loupa fervently wished to travel once he was old enough to do so. It wasn't long before he sent out to his own adventure with a very affectionate send-off, the Pearlcatcher now out in the world

While passing through various clans, Loupa was introduced to the art of map-making; Cartography. Loupamore was entranced by the meticulously drawn out masterpieces that one could make, all calculations and accuracy checked to make a perfect image of the lands around him. He soon became the apprentice to an experienced Cartographer, excitedly learning the skills of the trade while adventuring all around Sornith with his mentor. Loupa was an exceptional student, picking up everything quickly as it was signed to him.
