In his dream he recalled the Plaguebringer. He awoke with a feeling of great power and knowledge. He believed his duty was to conform every dragon under the Plaguebringer, and himself. He started to view himself as a God of some sorts, second to the Plaguebringer. He stumbled upon Echidna, and together they started the Clan of the Ruined. Echidna believed in Rakar's crazy tales of being a God, and she too thought every dragon must be ruled under the Plaguebringer. Since then, they have been building their clan by recruiting dragons to join their cause.
