Masalanta

This female Skydancer was given to Heliopa while she was traveling to gather supplies for the lairs. If we're being entirely honest, though, Masalanta was more forced upon her. She didn't even know she had the lovely babe until she heard a quiet noise emanating from the food sack and stopped to investigate. Enamored by the dragon's large eyes and gorgeous features, the keeper took the babe home and had her trained under Iedon. Iedon taught her well, despite the Spiral's clumsiness, and now she is used in the clan as sort of a lair guard. Much later, when Ydrifir joined the clan, she found herself inexplicably drawn to him, and now takes him for a mate.

Masalanta is quiet and measured, all but entirely different from the pompous, confident Rios. She rarely speaks unless spoken to and never before she's processed her words. She always has something nice to say, and is always repaid in turn. However, the female suffers from severe loneliness - a strange thing to say in a clan full of potential friends. She just doesn't have the desire to really get to know another female, and none of them have ever made much of an effort.
