NieR xxx _{WARRIOR FATHER}

A dragon on a journey. His goal: a cure for his daughter`s illness. But the world around him is not as it seems. Are these shadow enemies truly the enemy? Or is he and his companions?

"You want me to understand your sadness? You think I'm going to sympathize with you? I swore to protect my daughter and my friends. If someone puts them in danger, they must stand aside or be cut down! Come on! Let's go!"

A seasoned warrior, NieR has one thing on his mind. Finding a cure for his daughter`s disease. She suffers from shadowy markings that slowly cover her body. It makes her weak, and he knows there`s no cure. But he`ll find one nevertheless, even if it means traveling to the ends of the world with a flying, talking book familiar named Weiss. (It`s Grimoire Weiss, to you.)

He does odd jobs whenever he can, earning money for medicine, as well as trying to gather any information that may help him find a cure. He met a rather rude, foul-tongued female dragon along the way, as well as a hatchling that suffered from a strange illness that made everything he looked upon turn to stone. They all became his friends, and he wanted to help them, as well.

But then a strange creature came, attacking the village. Distracted by the creature and trying to protect everyone, NieR didn`t realize the dragon commanding the creature (and another flying, talking book familiar) had infiltrated the refuge and kidnapped his daughter.

During the battle against the creature, the female dragon was turned to stone, with much argument, to seal away the creature they could not kill. But NieR was badly injured during the battle, and was unable to prevent its commander from taking his daughter. Years past, and he has yet to find that dragon, though he`s stopping at nothing to do so.

He has managed to find a way to rescue the female dragon from her stony prison, however. But the cost was the hatchling losing his sane self and becoming a weapon, all in order to control his powers.
