Palaemon

This blep is accompanied by a sleek white seal. It has ivory antlers hung with teardrop jewels, and glossy scales that reflect the arctic sunlight. It has an extremely high tolerance of cold weather, but overheats easily.




In ancient texts are found mentions of old gods. Gods that were never part of dragonkind. No one knows who or what they were, but their names have been passed down from generation to generation. The name Palaemon was found eons ago carved into a piece of granite. It was not in common, but rather written out in some runic language. Alongside the runes making up the name Palaemon were images that depicted a great beast rising from the sea, towering over even the largest ship. These images led dragons to believe that Palaemon was an old god of the sea. And the name persisted for centuries.
