Clan Role:
A baker and alchemy brewer for the clan


"Cambrian Soup," as he is always called for some reason, works as one of the clan's alchemy brewers. He'll fetch completed transmutations and drop off items for Baldwin's cauldron, learning what he can about alchemy in the process. While he does take the pursuit of this knowledge seriously, his greatest interest lies in normal, un-magical baking, which is a surprisingly exact science. The scent of fresh spices, pies, and cookies permeates his home.

His favorite things to bake are herb bread and blackberry pie. He runs a small bakery shop attached to his lair, and when he's trying to perfect a new recipe, he will often give out the attempts for free so that he can have input. He used to make transmutation and bakery deliveries at the same time, but had to start making separate runs when an accidental spill caused a transmutation compound to turn a loaf of bread into a cat that breathed bubbles, which ran off and still stalks the forest. Hardly anyone believed him at first until a group of residents witnessed the creature stalking butterflies in one of the gardens. They named it Pretzel.

Cookiedough, Cambrian's painted protobeast, lives in a little pond in front of his home. It will sometimes crawl out to bask on a rock and growl at Pretzel. Cambrian's mate, Cloud Cuddles, is usually the one keeping the peace between the two creatures when Pretzel isn't off stalking the jungles. Cambrian and Cloud live a fairly care-free life together, sustaining themselves with the earnings from the bakery and the bountiful food that grows in the gardens.
