"If I can grow a full garden in the Snowsquall Tundra, then I can grow anything, anywhere!"

Diantha is a calm, "earthy", nature loving dragon. She's always had a miraculous green thumb and has managed to keep a full vegetable and flower garden alive in the middle of the worst winters in the Snowsquall Tundra. Many of curious observers have wondered if she uses witchcraft to make her garden so successful, but Diantha swears that she "does no such thing!"

Diantha had a fairly normal up-bringing, even if she was thought to be a little strange because of her fascination with plants and gardening. She loves to spend time in her garden, chatting with her younger sister, Nandita, and playing chess with her brother Alvar.

Diantha nearly had a heart-attack one morning when she found a Deadwood Boar rooting around in her azaleas. The boar was actually very docile and friendly and was just looking for a warm place for a nap. Since then, the boar, now named Fern, is Diantha's regular companion.
