Sunny
Spirited|Graceful|Independent|Soft
Voidtamer, infamously known in the clan as Sunny, is the daughter of Kokopelli and Zephyr, and has a brother named Sionyn. She is a soft-hearted Skydancer, and always dabbles on about how the dragons of the clan should have more faith.
Voidtamer was born in The Reedcleft Ascent and she first flew through reed-covered cliffs through the strongest of the regions air currents passes and her first steps were from pillar to pillar. Though, she'll be the first to tell you that she loved the gusts of wind on her scales, but she knew she didn't belong her. She longed for something more - because she knew she loved the ocean and a soft breeze instead of pillar-like islands.
Sunny originated from a different clan, in The Reedcleft Ascent region. She had only been in her original clan for a couple of years before the Skydancers were taken prisoners by the Wildclaws, somewhere far from the Wind regions. As she got older, Sunny had been fighting the hordes of the corrupted for as long as she could remember. One eerie nightfall, she found a dragon cornered by some Wildclaws. Sunny slashed violently at the Wildclaws until they flew away to report what happened to their leader. The injured Skydancer looked at Sunny with striking, icy blue eyes, something she'd never seen before in a dragon. "I am Quate," they said. "Who are you?"
"My name is Sunny, are you alright?" When Sunny answered, Quate smiled gently and said, "Sunny, I owe you my life."
But as Sunny gazed further into the illusion of her icy blue eyes, she witnessed Quate's fate.
After the two escaped the clutches of the Wildclaws and joined a new clan, it seemed fate was out to get them. One day, Quate was struck down by Xavven, one of the Wildclaw border patrols. Sunny distracted Xavven enough with a few violent slashes at his snout to get to Quate. She dropped down beside the other Skywing and felt a wash of sadness come over her. Each step was exactly how Sunny had seen it, and she knew it was what she had foresaw when she first met Quate. Her heart sank.
"Oh my tactician, Quate, please stay with me," begged Sunny, dropping to the wounded dragons side.
"We're... even... now..." wheezed the dying Skydancer, then smiled once and fell still. Sunny screamed with grief and sobbed over the corpse of Quate.
And now Sunny understood the price of being a Seer.
